Zoho CRM has three main modules: Sales, Marketing, and Service. Each of these modules can be purchased separately or together as a suite.
Sales module
The Zoho Sales module is designed to help you track leads, manage accounts, and forecast revenue. You can view all your leads by company, status, and contact information. The software also includes built-in email templates that make it easy to respond to customer requests.
Marketing module
The Zoho Marketing module integrates with your email service provider so that you can easily create campaigns and send them out to your contacts. You can measure the success of each campaign by tracking open rates and clickthroughs from emails sent to your contacts list. You can also use the software to create landing pages for campaigns or events hosted on your website.
Service module
The Zoho Service module helps you manage customer support requests within one central dashboard. You don’t have to switch between multiple tools when responding to customer issues or questions.
