How Partners become Partners?
Every potential partner goes through a rigorous selection process by the Zoho Partner team, interviews and need to prove the expertise and the attitude align with the highest customer expectations.
Partners have commercial and customer experience targets and are evaluated by Zoho annually and ongoingly as well.There’s a special Partner team within Zoho (for us, specifically Zoho Canada) who liaises with Partners, updates them on the latest and greatest, makes sure Partners go through the technical certifications, manages Partner events like INSPIRE, and more.
What are Partner Tiers?
There are 3 partner tiers in Zoho – Authorized Partner, Advanced Partner, and Premium Partner. Till recently, partner tiers were assigned based on the partner revenue with zoho (partners are software resellers as well). The ‘older’ the partner is the better chances are they hit the revenue goal (or they have amazing marketing). From now on, more criteria has been introduced for evaluation, and they are all about the customer.
Where do I find the right partner?
You can find a zoho crm partner by searching in your browser. All you have to do is write “Zoho partner near me” in the search engine and based on your IP address, the search engine will suggest the closest alternatives to you.
Also the best place to find a LOCAL Zoho partner is to go to the Zoho partner marketplace: and choose your country. Then scan through the list and make a mini-research that the partners tick the boxes important for your case. Then chat with a few whom you’ve shortlisted. Sometimes, Zoho representative in the country can recommend a few partners who have the very specific expertise that you need (e.g. integrating Zoho CRM with Oracle ERP) if your project is a more complex one.
