What is Boost Your Business Technology Program?
The Boost your Business Technology Program is a part of the Canadian Digital Adoption program that provides funding for businesses to receive technology adoption consulting to help them embrace new technologies.
This stream is specifically for businesses that are ready to adopt digital technologies but don’t know how to approach this transformation or need expert help to understand what works for their business. The program provides a way for small businesses to get help from an advisor who the Government approves of Canada.
This means that the advisor has been through a rigorous review process and has the necessary qualifications to help small businesses with their digital technology needs.

Are you qualified for funding?
The Canadian government has set four requirements that applicants must meet to be eligible:

Be incorporated federally or provincially.

Be a for-profit, privately owned business
3
Have a maximum of 499 full-time equivalent employees
4
Have at least CAD$500,000 of annual revenues in one of the previous three tax years.

The Government of Canada has outlined four mandatory criteria for eligible applicants:
- Incorporated at the national or provincial level; or be a Canadian resident sole proprietor.
- Privately-owned for-profit entity
- Maximum 499 full-time equivalent employees
- At least $500,000 and not more than $100 million in revenue in one (1) of the past three (3) tax years.
